
JCNE possess perfect R&D means, strong technical development abilities and complete test facilities. JCNE’s staff is composed with a group of middle-aged and young technical personnel, Some of them are master degree or above, which account for 66% of the group. And some of them have obtained senior technical title, which account for 56% of the group.
Led by professor level senior engineer (who is enjoying national government subsidies) a elite team which has professional skill was formed, JCNE has professional leaders in every field, such as in the field of machine, materials, electronic control, hydraulic, fluid calculation, mechanical design and process. Based on such a complete professional staffing, a complete wind power R&D system was constituted.
In order to meet requirement of development of wind power products, JCNE has got various development software such as fluid mechanics analysis software, wind power generators load analysis and simulation software, finite element analysis software, wind field micro location software and so on, so that built a good design platform for series of product development. At the same time to strengthen the management of product design data JCNE introduced the TIPLAM product data management system, thus improved the product development efficiently.
JCNE equipped with full power wind turbine test bench for the purpose of self development, wind power generator performance test and the test before a complete wind turbine unit leave the factory. With this test bench JCNE can complete the whole machine drive test, power generation automatic control test, nacelle vibration test, the yaw automatic control movement test, pitch automatic control movement test, main drive brake test, temperature test, control system control and operation test, the simulation wind field operation test, etc.
By building and improving wind power product development platform, reforming experimental facilities and establishing the test center, JCNE has established its R&D system of wind turbine unit and wind power generator in recent years.
